Returns Policy

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

our returns policy lasts 14 days. 

items must be unused and in original packaging. if this is unavailable or damaged, please use an appropriate box and mailing bag to return your items back to us.

 

all footwear must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs of being worn.

 

item's are returned at the customers own expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

customers must keep a receipt or proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been processed in case the item(s) get lost in transit on the way back to us. we reserve the right to decline your return does not comply with the terms stated above.
 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

please note all returns should be made exclusively with a courier or a post office as we do not have a drop off point.

to make a return, please fill out all the information on the returns form - this can be found inside your parcel on delivery. please include as much detail as possible regarding the reason for your return. make sure to obtain a proof of postage from your method of courier / post office

  • Returns may take up to 14 days to  be processed

  • All orders are quality checked before dispatch, therefore we are unable to offer free returns for the loss of diamantes/ decorative detail

  • Refunds for unwanted items will not include the cost of shipping.

  • We do not cover postage costs for unwanted items
